From the Retail Floor to the Boardroom — and Beyond
My journey began in a supermarket aisle at Uchumi, watching how products moved from shelves into shoppers' hands. It continued through 11 years at Coca-Cola, where I learned how to build brands, read markets, and translate global strategy into local relevance. It reached a new chapter at GSM Beverages, where I built the commercial engine from scratch, reported directly to the CEO, and presented quarterly to the Board.
Today, I'm channelling that experience into three interconnected missions — consulting, leadership, and community.
